About Home for Dinner
Home for Dinner is a community fundraising initiative, which encourages locals to order takeout
from a selection of participating Niagara restaurants, while supporting Habitat for Humanity Niagara.
When a customer’s order totals a minimum of $25, our sponsoring partners will donate $5 to Habitat Niagara.
Last year, Home for Dinner boosted local restaurant sales and raised $30,000 for Habitat Niagara’s home building program. With over thirty restaurants participating, the community ordered 15,425 takeout meals that totaled a minimum of $25 which generated $385,625 in revenue for participating restaurants.
Customers will get a great meal, support local businesses and Habitat for Humanity Niagara.
Sponsoring Partner Obligations
Habitat Niagara agrees to:
Recognize your business
on a dedicated page of our website.
Engage with local media to promote this partnership.
Promote your support
on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and tag your business’ social media pages.
Provide participating restaurants with
‘Thank you’ inserts to place with all takeout orders totaling a minimum of $25, which will include your logo as a sponsoring partner (logos must be received by April 11, 2022)
Work with the participating restaurants
to track the total number of takeout food orders that have been purchased for a minimum of $25 and communicate these results to you after May 31, 2022.
Sponsoring Partner Agreement
By completing the agreement below, you are committing to be a sponsoring partner for Home for Dinner 2022. The partnership will commence the week of April 24 to June 4, 2022 (with the actual takeout food order initiative running from May 1 to the end of day on May 31, 2022).
