About Home for Dinner
Home for Dinner is a community fundraising initiative, which encourages locals to order takeout from a selection of participating Niagara restaurants, while supporting Habitat for Humanity Niagara.
When a customer’s order totals a minimum of $25, our sponsoring partners will donate $5 to Habitat for Humanity Niagara.
Last year, Home for Dinner boosted local restaurant sales and raised $30,000 for Habitat Niagara’s home building program. With over thirty restaurants participating, the community ordered 15,425 takeout meals that totaled a minimum of $25 which generated $385,625 in revenue for participating restaurants.
Customers will get a great meal, support local businesses and Habitat for Humanity Niagara.
Restaurant Partner Obligations

Advertise your restaurant
with an exclusive listing on our unique website.
Media Exposure
Actively promote your restaurant
on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and tag your restaurant social media pages.
Become a Restaurant Partner
To participate in this initiative, you must have social media pages for your restaurant and be actively promoting Home for Dinner on your social media pages from the week of April 24 to June 4, 2022.
By completing the agreement below, you are committing to be a restaurant partner for Home for Dinner 2022. The partnership will commence the week of April 24 to June 4, 2022 (with the actual takeout food order initiative running from May 1 to the end of day on May 31, 2022).
