How long does Home for Dinner run?

It runs from April 1st to the 30th, 2023.

Can I order through a delivery service (Skip the Dishes, Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.)?

If a participating restaurant has a third-party food delivery service, you can certainly order from them.

How do I know what to order to support Habitat for Humanity Niagara?

Participating restaurants and businesses will add their food specials or involvement to our Food Partners page. Many will also have it clearly identified on their menus or their staff will be able to tell you.

I have dietary restrictions. How do I know what restaurant to eat at?

Each of our Home for Dinner food partners is categorized by the type of food (pub, Thai, Italian) and many do offer substitutions. You’ll need to check with the individual business to see what they can provide.

Why isn’t my favourite restaurant on the list?

Before Home for Dinner goes live to the public, we connect with a variety of restaurantsor other food related businesses across the region to see if they would like to participate, and although we may not reach all of them, Home for Dinner gives you a great opportunity to try a new one!

What if I would like to donate to Habitat for Humanity Niagara, how would I do that?

Well, we think that’s awesome if you do! You can easily donate to Habitat Niagara online and you’ll get your tax receipt emailed to you right away.
